Getting started with rental property takes more than just knowledge and undertanding, it takes capital.  There's no hiding that rental property investing indeed has a high barrier to entry with the acquisition of a true rental property usually costing you around 20% of a down payment.  So while I'm a firm believe that anyone can invest, it does take some strategic financial planning to get the funds in line, but the good news is there are multiple channels for you to find and obtain financing...there's no one size fits all here.

This course was created to help you understand some of the options available to you when you are looking for a way to finance rental property.  Each video focuses on a strategy or type of loan product and explains what the strategy/loan product is, why it can be a beneficial option for you, actual examples of it being used to acquire property and the pros and cons of that particular strategy.  We take you by the hand and share with you what you need to know when it comes to financing your next purchase.
